Background: Teladoc Health offers various virtual care services, each has its own marketing funnel. Tracking the effectiveness of creative ideas and applying data learnings across different lines of business has been a challenge.

My Role: As a Creative Director, I developed a comprehensive A/B testing strategy and deployed creatives in phases for each product line. I led the paid media team in conceptualizing, executing, and implementing data-driven insights.

Results: The most successful channel in 2024 Consumer Marketing. Compared to the previous year, we deployed 5x more creatives, achieved a 6% increase in brand lift, and reduced the average cost per registration (CPR) by 60%.
